Users must read the following terms and conditions before buying or selling within HairDrop, by using HairDrop you agree to the terms and conditions of use, stated below.
- HairDrop is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16, parental discretion is advised.
- Users must upload their own images displaying the current condition of any item to be sold. If we suspect your item has be sourced anywhere else (e.g., the Internet), your listing will be subject to removal.
- Sellers must not promote external payment gateways under any circumstances, consistent failure to comply will result in permanent account deletion due to user safety risks.
- Sale of items must not violate national or local laws. Full disclosure of product quality including any defects is required and sale of counterfeit items is strictly prohibited (e.g., claiming synthetic hair is human)
- When payment is made from buyer to seller, HairDrop will hold the funds until buyer has received and confirmed quality, only then will the funds be released to the seller.
- If buyer finds fault with the item upon receipt, one must then provide proof of defect in which case payment will returned to originating card once proof of return to seller is provided alongside a tracking number.
- Buyers are only eligible for a return/refund if a claim is made within the 7 day complaint period. Used items cannot be refunded.
- Failure to meet any terms of service may result in suspension or permanent termination of account in violation.
